August 15, 2025 - The Technology and Technical Accreditation Council (TTAC) of the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) successfully hosted the Accreditation Assessment Briefing, introducing the latest iteration of Accreditation Excellence (ACCREDEX) 5.0. This comprehensive session focused on Educational Resources (Criteria 5): Sharing Experience and Best Practices.

The primary objective of this Accreditation Excellence initiative is to provide existing assessors with enhanced understanding of the Second Edition Technology and Technical Accreditation Standards in the Academic Sector. It also aims to explore and share effective strategies, tools and approaches adopted by education provider in evaluating Criteria 5, emphasizing the provision of safe, conducive and well-equipped educational environments that support effective teaching, learning and student development.

The session further underscores the importance of continuous improvement through collaborative learning and the exchange of exemplary practices among accreditation panel and education provider.
